It was an absolute privilege to be part of this incredible project as an Assistant Production Coordinator, working alongside a talented cast and crew.

The five main characters are brought to life by the amazing performances of Soumaya Ahouaoui (Amal), Asma El Mouden (Lamya), Jouman Fattal (Sofia), Dunya Khayame (Nisrine), and Sofia Yousfi (Samira). At the helm of the project was the visionary director Fadua El Akchaoui, whose leadership and creativity inspired everyone on set. Together with creative producer Daria Bukvić, Fadua ensured that the heart and authenticity of Zina shone through every scene.

Produced by MediaLane and KRO-NCRV, and crafted by the talented writing team of Fadua El Akchaoui, Dunya Khayame, Manju Reijmer, and Daria Bukvić, this season explores themes of identity, cultural duality, and the power of friendship.
